A woman call and harass me on! my job, me not knowing who she is I just want to stop calling my job and me

Received a call from this number today @1:37pm.  I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize it.  Caller ID says Hutchinson, Kansas.  I don't know anyone from that area.  No idea who or what the caller wanted.

Some guy from "faulk and stearns" pre-legal dept... Whatever! This number is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Dont give them any info....

Received a call from this number 3 times today and my work number.  Saying that they were complaints charged to me and that they where going to report it to the county I live in.  Gave some case number and said to call this number or have my attorney call before they excute or summon this. His name was James Stewart. What do you think i should do.  It looks like everyone is saying that this is a scam.  Is it?

Got a call at my job from this company, James Burke. They talk to a co-worker with same last name as mine. Said they were going to summons me at work.
