The caller stated she was from the Breast Cancer Survivor network.  I called the number back and got a voice mail, with no option to speak to a person.  It seems that this number is for multiple charities doing fundraising.

Same thing, Breast Cancer Survivor's network.

Calls and hangs up. No respectable organization does this.  Block this number.
