Caller ID:  Phoenix AZ 623-201-4172.  Identified himself as "Joe" and that he sees where I had called with a disability question - did I get it answered?  I said I didn't call, and did he know who he was talking to and he immediately hung up.  SCAM.  Now, they will call me from different numbers, all day long.  Even if I answer to be able to block, they just move on to another number to call me from.
