Who called from 6232076513

Called 3 times in a row. No message left. Caller ID was AZ Caller. Yeah right! Blocked!!!

This number has called multiple times but leaves no message.  I actually answered it this time and he says "This is Joe calling on a recorded line, can you hear me ok?"  I responded, "No" and hung up.  Blocked the number.

Caller ID:  623-207-6513.  Kristi P and everyone else - the tele # 623-227-2417 said the same thing, " This is (blank) calling on a recorded line, can you hear me ok?"    Scammers!

My experience was the same as these other folks on hear. They called and said the exact thing and I just hung the phone up.
