There is a terminally ill person living with me who must often struggle to get to the phone when I am not here. Sometimes no one even answers her when she answers, but I know the calls are coming from you because your phone calls are recorded. All your calls are being recorded for my records. I have been receiving calls from Brachfeld DAILY! Other phone numbers you have called from are: 866-834-6218 and
I also know your firm is under investigation for trying to collect debts not owed, or debts that have passed statute of limitations, and for other matters.
Meanwhile, by letter, please provide the following information required under F.C.R.A and other applicable laws:
1) a certified copy of the contract under which your demand is made, bearing my signature, and 2) provide a complete Statement off Account with all transactions, purchases, payments, and all interest and/or fees charged to said account.
I have told you I do not have funds to pay any bills for any companies you may represent, whoever they are. So you must take any legal action you see fit. But know this: You probably can’t win, and, if you win a lawsuit, you will still not be paid a single dime. So your calls are wasteful, expensive, and useless, meant only to harass and upset people.
