I have no idea what these people want but when I called the number back it says their name is Con Edison Solutions. I looked them up and they are I what looks like an affiliate of PECO and PPL. They are probably trying to offer you some bogus deal with your future electric bills. Next time they call I'm going to be a smartass with them and get more information on who the heck they think they are calling here every day.

got 2 calls from them today. no one on the other end when i answer.
called the number back and it was a message from Con Edison Solutions enrollment center, stating they are closed (it's Saturday)
