This person is part of a group of companies that all operate out of the Phoenix area. They go by lots of names, all with charity-sounding names like "People Helping People." They present themselves as organizations that help otherwise unemployable people to support themselves, get their children into enrichment programs in school, and so forth. They do this by selling cheap crap for outrageous prices. Like a $2.00 keychain flashlight for $25.00, a box of Ziploc bags for $50.00, etc. They are NOT a non-profit organization, and have been made by the attorney general's office to include a slip of paper with their invoices that says this. They are under "cease and desist" orders in more than a dozen states.
They are pushy, prey primarily on vulnerable elderly, and will keep calling back no matter what you say. If you block their number, their sales people will literally move to the next desk over in their office and call you AGAIN - immediately, or in a week, a month....forever. I finally blocked the entire 602 area code to stop them from calling my mother, and that is when this Melvin Grayson fellow started calling from what appears to be a personal cell phone with a different area code.
