Got the same as above. Said they were from the uk, and wanted me to cash check take out my rent and forward rest to someone else. Told them, sure as soon as it clears the bank and the funds are good. Havent heard from them since, definitely a scam.

I own rental property in London ontario and have also received this request of Britney Meadow from UK, When I asked what company she worked for and what course she is taking I had no response back.
