This phone number/company called my cell phone on Dec. 29, 2014. They used a recorded message which gave card services as their name. I thought such calls to cell phones by telemarketing sales companies was illegal.
The sales offer appears to be the same or a similar to calls my home phone receives almost daily. I listened to the message and when I heard what number I was to push to have them stop their calling, I pushed that button. If they or any similar caller calls again, I'll going to raise holy hell with Verison.
Called me and was a recording about lowering my interest rate on my credit cards. when i got a rep on the phone, i told them i dont have a credit card, they hung up on me!
They hung up on me when I answered. When I call back I get that disconnect/busy signal....Called 1091 and it rang forever, called 1090 and a guy named Steve Lopez answered. I got the sense he was affiliated with whatever this is, but I'm not positive. Amazing how much fraud there is in the world....
Call about interest rate. Hit 1 to speak with someone since this is a business and we have no need for services and the guy hung up on me. If the management is reading this you need to fire your telemarketers. Why hang up? Why not try to up sell the caller? Sales 101! Your sales holes suck!
