called my cell, I don't give out my cell number.  something about reducing my electricity bill.

Called my cell at 8:20am 25Aug2016, my girlfriend called the number back. Recorded message about lowering electric bill answered. We hung up once it began giving options to press # to select. T-Mobile's nameid identified the caller as "Cleanplanetpro". This is the second (that I can recall) time they've called.

Called this morning around 8:30 caller id said weight loss help, called the # back said they wanted to help lower your electric bill, I will definitely block this #
