Called 4/20/17 @ 6:30P. He is calling in regards to Allstate insurance. I told him I'm on DNC and I wanted all his information and he just sat the phone down. I could hear his TV going on in the background. I kept telling him that he has to follow federal law in giving me his name, his company address, etc, but all I heard was his TV going on in the background. Eventually he hung up on me, so I called him back & his voicemail said his name is Terry. Left him a VM saying he has 24 hours to call me back for a $500 fine for the violation.
