If they've called your home AND your cell, then they know who you are. They're not block calling... as in entering a block of similar numbers and calling them all automatically (which is why we get nobody on the line when we answer... which I don't if I don't know the person calling).
I got a call on my cell from this number. I'm in Kansas. I also get a lot of scam calls on my landline so one of them might be these same people. I get some under Private with no number or name, so I can't compare.
My rule is don't answer. If they want to talk to me they'll have to put a name and number on the call.
