I keep getting calls from this number and they leave no number. When you answer and take a message they give you a 866 number which is discover card. I am unemployed and not receiving EDD and spoke with a discover rep a week earlier explaining my situation. What do they do, well a week later the calls begin again...I'm so tired of being harassed.

Yeah, its Discover Card. They have the worst customer service and terrible collections people. I missed a payment, as well with my Visa card, and they are not as bad as Discover. It is border line harassment.
