this number call to my work office 2,3 times a day, every day , first thing in the morning, few more times in the afternoon. How can I stop this call? this is Public Library.
This number called my cell three times today 11am, 2:58pm, 5:28pm. I've never used this cell number for anything. I just turned on the phone last night.
This is "Discover Card" who changed my annual percentage rate from 5.99% to 29.99% back in Sept 2010 and I am refusing to pay, this is suppose to be after Government made changes to credit card companies they could not do this. I made calls to Discover and they will not listen all they want is their money and I told them I would pay if they would only go back to the 5.99% APR but they refuse to do so. So I am reacting my right by ignoring them, of course my credit is taking a beating, but if we all join together and refuse to pay these credit card compaines that are "raping " us then maybe they will consider a different approach. Everytime I have talked to them in the past I almost have a heart attack because of their tactics. STAND UP EVERYONE FOR YOU RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh they make several call a day and night to my home phone and cell phone and even go so far as to act like they are from a law firm and some familty member is using me as a reference a for a case and to call them.
