My phone rang at 3:53 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28th, 2014. Caller ID said PHOENIX, AZ and the number. This is the second time in two days I have received a call from this number. I answered the first call on Tuesday afternoon, and after a few seconds of dead air, a man came on the line mentioning something about a police organization. I immediately suspected the Fraternal Order of Police, a known fraudulent 'charity' that reportedly gives less than 10 cents of each dollar collected to aid families of police officers killed in the line of duty, so I hung up on the first call and never answered the second call.

This number called posing as company that could help lower my electric bill. We made an appointment to have them come by to get a better look at the house in order to set up the means for doing this.
