Upward Foundation - you must have already donated to them once to get on their calling list. They'll call if they're going to be in the area, asking for anything else you may have to donate.

Not true...they keep calling from many different numbers to avoid call blocking and they also refuse to remove my number from their list.

They now come in on my phone as Value Village. I think they are a non profit scammer so they are immune to regulation. Another day, another name and phone number.
