Who called from 6238486381

Very persistent. Caller ID sometimes says Upward Foundation. Often it is Unknown Caller or Value Village.

Regular calls from this number and another..........both "Value Village".  When I try to call back - always busy.

11/12/2011-----tried calling them back----no answer or busy.....turning them in to "do not call"....hope they fine them $10,000.00.......

Called twice. No answer. Busy when call back......annoying.

No caller ID.  Did not leave any voice mail message.
