Did not answer as I don't answer unknown numbers. Caller left voicemail but there was nothing on it. Tried calling number back from work number (our number comes up private) and the number is disconnected. Spoofed number equals SCAM. Blocked it.

Robocall from "Sarah from account services". No problem with your credit card account but it's urgent that you call us so we can lower your interest rate, blah, blah, blah. Same as "Rachel" from a few years ago.
1. It's an unsolicited telemarketing robocall (which is illegal)
2. It's a cellphone that they called (which is illegal)
3. The number is on the DNC. (which is illegal)
So they've already violated three laws. Why would I possibly want to do business with a law-breaking company?

Hey People - if you do not recognize a number that is calling you, DO NOT ANSWER IT!! It is that simple! Everytime you answer one of these calls, you confirm to the scammer (who is using a robo-caller), they have reached a working number! BINGO - your number is now on ten more lists. STOP ANSWERING RANDOM PHONE CALLS!! If the call is important, they will leave a voice mail!
