Received call at 12:47 PM MDT. 9/27/2014.  Caller ID listed ST.  I screen all calls. Machine picked up, whomever it was, left no answer.  I had also received in the past, a call from 626 207 2461, just one digit different.  Are they running out of spoof numbers?  Somehow I doubt it.  Also received a call a couple of days ago with no number or Caller ID listed at all.  I felt like doing a bit of head messing and answered.  A foreign sounding man (East Indian or Pakistani?) said, "I am from MIcrosoft."
I answered back, "Have you had sex with your mother lately?"  He replied "HUH?"  As I was asking if he had sex with his father lately, he just hung up. No guts, I guess.
I was waiting for him to ask why I would ask such a question and was prepared to tell him,  because he was either a motherf$#%&* or a   c%$@sucker,   but he spoiled my fun.  Darn it!!

Hi DMM,

I don't know for sure but will guess it is a Panasonic home phone. They are one of the primary makers of home phones that can block incoming calls. The model I have is the digital cordless answering system, KX-TG6844. This particular model will allow you to block up to 250 numbers...HOWEVER...you MUST have "caller ID" through whomever your phone service is.

This is a great feature and easy to use on calls that come through after the first time. It is music to your ears when you have blocked a call and these bottom feeders try calling you again from the same number. One ring and, "bam"...blocked. Hope this helps.

Oh, BTW, Panasonic makes a number of models that block calls but this one was the one I found with the most open spaces.

Jar Jar Binks..
The OP probably hasn't come back to read the thread and the forum doesn't send out reply's.   T-lock, made in USA, blocks up to 1500 numbers, 10 area codes and the new one also does private name & number, unknown name & number.  Under 40 on sale at the moment...

Personally, I believe the two best call blockers are T-Lock and Sentry.  They each have advantages and disadvantages.  The main disadvantage to T-Lock is all NEW phone numbers will ring your phone until blocked.  The majority of our unwanted calls are from different phone numbers each time so T-Lock did not help all that much.  Sentry on the other hand plays a recorded message which requires a person to press "0" if it is a NEW phone number before their call is connected.  This blocks 100% of robo calls and all telemarketer calls except maybe a few per year that press "0" to be connected.  The disadvantage is that if someone is not on your approved list and they press "0" it will ring the Sentry box however not your answering machine or voicemail line so they cannot leave a message; they will have to continue calling until you are home.  Also, recorded messages from various sources (appointment reminders, emergency notifications, etc.) will not work the first time until you add the phone number to your approved list.
