This number (626-207-2471) rang my phone on a Friday at 9:54 am. Caller ID displayed the number and the letters "STATE". It is not on my list of preferred callers so I did not answer the phone. My guess it is Hillary trying to sell a $300,000 speech, some thieves posing as a "charity", some scammer telling me they are the IRS and I owe the government "one gazillion dollars" in back taxes. It could also be just another one of our moron politicians that have run out of tax money to waste so they now want direct contributions to waste. One of my "grouchy" friends told me that he is getting calls from Bernie Sanders demanding money to give away to kids for "free college". I believe it!.
