2 calls from this number back to back. The 2nd call bypassed my call blocker so I picked up but didn't say anything. After a few moments, a man's voice, clearly from a call center, said, "Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?" before disconnecting the call.
Delay in them saying anything after I said hello twice which indicated robo call/call center. He actually asked for me by name. When I asked who this was he said Stan from SES and asked if I got the information he sent on Title 24 home improvements. Said no thanks, hung up and blocked.
