Called 7/6/15 at 9:38 am. Caller ID showed "Unknown Name". I suspect these are the same guys who had called numerous time from 238-0317. Only info is Twilio, VoiP from Alhambra CA. My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker who advises that we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from their list, or press 0 to leave message. No message left. Am on Federal Do Not Call list with an unlisted number.

I also got calls from 238-0317 along with this one and agree with you about them coming from the same caller. Like you, I am registered with DNC and have an unlisted number. But that only works for legitimate businesses, and these callers are scam artists who may have even gotten our numbers from a pirated DNC list. Block them if you can.
Guy, who says his name is "Jack Gill", but the caller ID just says "Cellular Call". And I agree with the other posters, it sounds like the same guy who calls from the other number. There was the usual telemarketer pause, then he tries to sound all friendly when I asked him "who's calling?"
