I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM AND THEY SAID THEY BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ME THEY SAID THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AND I SAID WHEN DID THE CHARGES START THE SAID BACK IN OCTOBER AND THEY SAID THAT NEVER COULD REACH MY ON THE PHONE. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY SAID THAT I OWE THE 495.00 AND I SAID WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THEY SAID THAT THE SHERIFF WILL SHOW UP AT YOUR JOB AND TAKE YOU TO JAIL AND I TOLD THEM THEY HAVE TO SEND DOCUMTATION THAT THE CHARGES WHERE FILED I ASKED THEM WHERE THEY SENT THE FORMS AND THEY SAID THROUGH MY EMAIL AND TO MY HOME ADDRESS I THEN ASKED THEM WHEN SENDING COURT DOCUMENTS THEY HAVE TO BE SENT THROUGH COURIER AND HAVE TO BE CERTIFIED AND THEN THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE. THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT TOOK THE CALL WAS MICHEAL JOHNSON AND KEITH ANDERSON. IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND TRY TO MAKE IT AND THEN THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU. FOR ANYONE WHO READ THIS "GOD WILL BRING YOU THROUGH IT AND STAY PRAYERFUL".

I spoke to the lawyer who then called out my social and I told him that is was incorrect and then he said that the police will be at my job to pick me and I asked him what the reason was and he said the police will arrive tommorrow and hang up. I am getting the same call, they are now calling me at work. He said that I recieved a loan from him and I am now being sued. I said what loan i have never gotten a loan from you, he said lady I am telling you that this is a legal matter and that you will need to retain a lawyer because the police will be here to arrest me and take me somewhere like California or New York I dont know what he said, he was to hard to understand. He has blown my phone up and leaves messages telling me not to ignore this message because it's time sensitive and if i do it's going to be shame on me.. I called my mother n law because i was scared and she said that she is getting the same call, they started calling her at 6:30 this morning, she said it's a scam.
Yes i was contacted 2 times day concerning a payday loan that was never recieved and if i didnt comply with them there were going to file charges on me and the police will come and arrest me at work. after the first call i searched online and called a couple places that i found and they referred me to Attorney general's office. The gentlemen at the attorney general's office on the phone informed that it is scam and if they call back ask them for a bill or information cocerning the loan, which by law they have to provide if its a legitmate case. When they called back i asked for this information and was hung up on.
