Its one of those robo callers that check if the number is actively in use and puts you on a list for whomever for devious purposes.

Scammer - do not answer - block caller

Caller ID shows "Monrovia, CA" - Abandoned Call!! Very likely: another solar Telescammer / Telecriminal is using a newly spoofed #.
These scumbags are calling my cell phone every day and they care less about the useless DNC (Do Not Care) list.
All you can do is keep blocking the spoofed #s these turds call from!

They called and I didn't answer, I called the number back using my Google Voice number, and 626-239-7368 re-directs to a Texas number 972-676-8803 and just kept ringing, most likely a VOI number...
