Pre-recorded message that seemed like it was playing from someones computer and had the phone receiver put up next to the speakers. Strange anti-goverment message with no claim to affiliation with a party or person. The voice sounded familiar, but I couldn't place it. I listed for a good 5 minutes because I waned to know who it was, but gave up because I've got plenty of work to do.
