From the number, I'm guessing it is the solar power/home improvement or the air duct cleaning scumbags. I would not be surprised if all 3 types of calls Scumbags Inc.come from the same boiler room

I am so sick of phone calls with no names and they call repeatedly.,never leaving a message and you can't call them back because the phone company coddles them by giving them a number for outgoing calls only!
