Who called from 6262448525

just received the third call in two days from that number.  Did not answer the phone and they hung up.  Am sure this is one of those scam numbers, I think they are called VOIP numbers.  i was burned badly recently from other such numbers;  wish I could DO something to stop these scammers.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

this guy says he is from google and my email is hacked,he knew my name

Was it a guy named Adam.  He told me that this was his cell number.  Microsoft computer support tech person.
