I too have charges of $39.08 for February, March, April, and May of 2012 that I just noticed. I can't find any current info on them. Other phone numbers they have possible used, which have all been disconnected are;

I called 877-530-5164 and was put on hold only to be disconnected. Everytime I call back, I am left of hold for 5-10 minutes and then transferred to voice mail and asked to leave a message. So, I think I tracked them down, but they are now playing games and not taking my calls.
