06/14/15 0940 Hrs. Checked phone and noticed I missed a call from this number. I don't know anyone from Monrovia, CA so this number will be going straight to the blocked caller list.
6/14/15 12:12 PDT Called a few minutes ago. No ID, so didn't answer, as usual. Went to VM and some male said "Hello?" a few times and hung up, again as usual. To the best of my knowledge I don't know anyone in 626 area code.

I got this call 5 minutes ago as well. The woman insisted she could not hear me even though she replyed to me saying hello twice then hung up after i told her i was recording of the call.
