Some how they got my uncles number and told my dad to tell us, my sister and i, we have to go to court in California...i live in las vegas nv and my uncle in nm. I barely got my first traffic ticket a month ago.?????
A Mary Mixon has called my fathers land line and somehow called my niece on her cell phone asking for me from this number (626-269-9427) When she left a message on my fathers voicemail, she states that it is in reference to a civil case against me and that my attorney and I need to call her with the case # that she provides. I did try to call and it of course goes to a voicemail stating it is TCA and to leave my name along with my case number. I ran into this type of scam a couple of years ago and advised that they file whatever they need to file and to send me the proper documents and then i will respond accordingly. Needless to say i never received another call nor any documents.
