I received a text that said hi and my name, responded with who is this? They texted back to add them on yahoo IM and said their user ID is madelinegirl17. Asked how they got my number and then they said they had no signal.

Some weird person who knew my name and wanted to talk to me on Skype. I repeatedly asked who it was but all they said was " my battery is going dead ". Why text someone just to ask them to use Skype? This is some type of scam.

Got a text said from this # they knew my name and said Hi! add me on Y! msngr id is laneygurly i asked whats your real I.D.? there response was No signal;( my last response was Whatever ya scammer your signals fine. and that was it, Im thinkin they want peoples I.P. address for there scam.
