My phone ID'd this number as Monrovia, CA. Since the number is not recognized I did not answer. No message was left. When I did a search nothing came up on 800Notes, but it did come up on a variety of other search sites, even giving a name and address. I am not going to give that name and address in this report in the event the scammer has somehow "hikeacked" this person's number.
