I rejected the first call because it was an unknown number, but the prefix is from my neighborhood, so I looked it up. It appears to be a fax # from a dental office, and I assumed it was a wrong #. 20 minutes later, I receive the call again, and I picked it up. It's someone named "Chris" that is following a script about providing some kind of energy efficiency incentive. I told him that I looked up the number and it's coming from a dental office in San Gabriel. I said, "Are you calling me from a dentist office in San Gabriel?" He kept returning to the script. I told him that he wasn't answering my question. Finally, he confirmed with an, "Mm-hmm," that he's calling from a dentist's office. I asked what the relation is between the dentists office and the business he's running. He continued to ignore my question and follow his script, asking me to confirm that I am the "homeowner." I will be blocking this number.
