I receive calls once a week with this number but they never leave messages

Weak minded individual identified himself as being with "Home Center."
Obviously got up this morning with intent to commit a felony.
Come on over creep -- I've got something for you.

CID lists as "Wireless Caller" with the voice saying they represent the "Home Center".  Unwanted call.

The guy said "a good Wednesday to you". Said what his name was then gave me that old line of "Yeah you may remember me as we talked last December" so I immediately said, "Well I probably said no thanks then too. Bye"

Just got a call from this number.  A new one to add to my list of blocked callers.  Aggravating morons, the lot of them.
