Is there a way to file a harassment suit against these people? I have kept a log, I blocked them months ago but they continue to call even though they know they are going nowhere. They never leave a message, you can't call them back. 3 times in 3 hours this morning. Same thing for the past week. I never hire cold callers. I'm surprised no one has accepted their services then had a summons waiting for them when they show up.
For 2 months now, I have been getting calls and the idea states city of San Diego utility.
