CID said Private Caller. I was actually going to answer as I'm expecting a call from an appliance delivery place but this caller hung up after 2nd ring before I could pick up. Maybe they call several numbers at once and harass the one who picks up first? Otherwise, what would be their motive to just dial numbers and hang up?? Anyway, I'm assuming this is not the call I was expecting so it's being blocked along with the other hundreds.
I usually just ignore calls I don't recognize, but this time I answer call, and say ‘hello’ - and no one on the other end says a word and then he/she hangs up
The perp is still using this number as of 2/25/2016. CID showed as ITALK GLOBAL but I think that's just the VOIP provider. I didn't bother answering and have since blocked the number.
