Called 2/2/16 at 2:45 pm PST. Caller ID showed "county program" which normally would have made me pick up but I was outside when the call came in. My phone was answered by a call blocker which advised calling party that we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their call list" (legal requirement to prosecute if they're ever caught), or press 0 to leave message. No message left. Thanks to this site, did not call back.
