This sounds like a scam do not answer or respond

Well, the Massachusetts numbers they tried last week are all blocked, so now they are back to trying Western numbers on us!  Got a call from 970-718-0166 "BASALT, CO" at 8:30 this AM and now this one 4.5 hours later.  Both likely 'Energy' SCAM calls.  Like I'd buy solar panels over the phone from an INDIAN guy "in" Callifornia any faster than I'd do the same from a Massachusetts number!

ALL of them CREDIT CARD PHISHING scams.

IRS SCAM call.  VERY POOR SOUND QUALITY Recorded message from an INDIAN dude claiming to be 'from' the US Treasury.  Message in part said "This message is intended to contact you."  Oh, REALLY?  By PHONING me, you are actually trying to "CONTACT" me????  HILARIOUS.  Reminds me of the old joke: "Is this the Party to whom I am speaking?"
