Called seeking someone who had listed me as a contact. Called back several times and when I asked for him to stop calling me he said not until the person he asked for called him back.
I hung up and he called back, left a message stating I was rude! Wow can u believe it! What nerve!
Someone called me from "whelan and associates" saying they're trying to track down an uncle of mine whom I haven't seen in 15 years but I'm somehow listed as an emergency contact. I'll bet money it's a scam, just not sure what they're going for.

Person calls stating he's from a law firm ( Whelan & Associate) Said my name was given by the person he asked for as a contact person.Was nice until I asked him to stop calling me since it was the third time he called. He said he was going to continue to call me until the person he asked for returns his call to this number he first gave me. When he calls the number is a restricted call.
