This number appears to be from a company called "iTalk Global" and they've been calling our household every day for the past few weeks, trying to solicit us to purchase some sort of Chinese cable channels. This started happening after our TVB subscription ended. They're very, very annoying. And they keep calling every night even though we told them we are not interested in their services.

Don't do business with this company. They are very sketchy and should be avoid at any and all costs. If they keep harassing you, please call the local law enforcement on them.
