got a call from a different number and they said that i would get a subpena at my work and home in the next two working days. the number is different from this one. its 661 524 5718. i have to call that number for the lawyers so they can make sure i will be home. lol! such scammers and low lifes! the other number they call from is 646 919 5959. so beware you all!! someone has to shut these folks down, but i guess they just come up with different numbers to call. scum bags!!!
These people are real pieces of work. Robert Jones, Gloria Jones, Levi Nelson (Levi, come on you can do better than that), this time its Michele Lewis - all American Names - heavy India accents. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. These people think that we are stupid. I started getting these calls from numbers on the east coast. Same message each time, one time they threatened to have the Police show up at my job, that was 4 weeks ago, still waiting for them to show up. When I did not return their calls they moved to a new number out of PA, same message same persons voice. Still have not returned their call. Now they have moved to a CA number, same message.
This no. called me about not paying the payday loan. Saying the police will catch me with summons, garnish the money, they will report this to credit bureau, etc. When I read this note, this is a scam. Do not apply for payday loan in the internet or else this will happens to you.
