called my phone stated he was from law office roland and associated name scott timons, driving couldn't write down info, then he called back left info. my wife then called with the case # would n't give her any info except for trying to verify info on me stated it was a civil judgement against me. I was never in CA, Talked with my personal attorney where I live and it is a true scam
