A man named Mark Hernandez from New Mark Associates claiming to be a litigation supervior called my place of employement to discuss legal matters and documentaiton. This number repearetly calls me at work and i have no idea who they are or what they want. Nothing has come to me in writting and they have not attempted to call my personal phone. I filed a complaint with the FAA and the Consumer Protection Bureau.
Yep. I just got a call from "Elizabeth" who said it was a legal matter, that requires a signature. Indicated that I needed to reference a file number, and that it was time sensitive. I tried to call back the number and the call could not be completed.
Very sketchy.
