I returned calls late evening. When I dialed 626-388-1188. tis young man spoke Mandarin he asked me if I am in USA , he'll install security alarm : for me. He insisted coming over.I told him. I am not in US now> He kept talking. When I dialed 626-788-9435, His line always busy, I waited till he finished talking to other. He hung me up 3 times. He answered my 4th call still taking about to install security alarm for me. I told him if he calls again, I'll report to ftc.gov & fcc.gov,
He does not know what is" Federal". I believe he calls American Chinese only & he is a Chinese student moonlighting in East Los Angeles, CA.
