Here they are again.  ID says "PHES"  - very informative.  Aggravating morons.

They must be telemarketers wanting us to buy solar, alarm systems, or any type of home improvement projects.  What makes these people think that because they are calling us, that we will say "oh sure, come by at such and such a time".  If I need work done around my home, I get to call the contractors, not the other way around.  These people are #$%@!
