They called again. Of course I still blocked them!!

And here they are again.  It never ends.

SAID LOCAL, BUT NO TALK AND U CAN'T CALL IT BACK, AS IT WON'T RING THRU.

MESSAGE MACHINE SAYS LOCAL, BUT THEY DON'T TALK.

6-12-16  Caller left a Pre-recorded male voice message: "you have been pre-approved for a rate reduction from Federal programs in your area. Please press 1 to speak with a specialist to discuss how  you can lower your bill or press 7 to be taken out from our call list".
