They say they are going to to serve papers for a civil law suit from a company like a credit card company that you owe money to from 2006 which I don't remember but ok, and you can set up payment with them to stop papers from being served.
Got a call from them today. It is a scam. They called my work saying I was about to be served but I could call a number he gave me to resolve the issue before being served.
