WOULD NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AND REFUSED TO GIVE MAILING ADDRESS WHEN ASKING WHAT IT WAS. SAID HE HAD OTHER CASES TO DEAL WITH .

I called the number and the supervisor or VP whatever she is, says the co name is Newmark & Assoc. the number comes up in  California (Alhambra, Baldwin Park, El Monte), checked with California Secretary of State and no company by that name registered to do business.  This is a scam.

Did they say they were with first premier bank credit card?
