A call this afternoon about 4 p.m. He asked for me by name. I asked him, who is calling. He said it was the LA Home Center. He said they had offices in my city. I asked what the street address of their office was in my city. He said they were on 2nd Street. I told him that there is no 2nd Street in my city. He said, there's a 2nd Street in every city, and then he hung up. So you can make of that what you like.
Since many posts here never say who called (why post just to say you don't know who the caller was?) I answered the phone. The guy asked me how I was this morning. I said fine how are you? He said good and he was calling about the cracks in my driveway. (Finally a new telemarketer line. HAA!) Told him my driveway was fairly new and hung up.
