So I blocked my number and called it back. It said At&T could connect me to similar businesses in the area since this number didn't work. It then listed local construction companies. It's blocked on my landline, which is what they're calling.
This number called me today and on 10/30/15. 626 area code is local. I googled the number and it referenced a NWC in Arcadia. The address listed may or may not belong to a CoCo's restaurant (but not the same phone #)....or a pretzel place. I have no idea...and no idea who NWC is...or an intention to call them back.

So yah...they rang me up again today. Same thing. They let the phone ring a few times and then hang up, leaving no voicemail. But I see from recent posts they are annoying other people too. Still have no idea who they are or what they want....but....Wish they'd stop calling.
